Location
Priory Park is located immediatley to the west of Hull City Centre and is adjacent to the A63 Clive Sullivan Way. It is accessed via a designated junction and Priory Way. The A63 forms the main arterial route to the east coast ports from the M62 which is 9 miles to the west.
Humber Ports
The Humber Ports complex is the largest port complex in the UK and the fourth
largest in Europe as measured by total tonnage of freight handled. It comprises the ports of Hull, Goole, Grimsby and Immingham, and the Rivers Hull, Humber, Trent and Ouse.
The Ports offer 24 hour access to a continental market of 170 million people within 24 hours transit and are ideally placed to capitalise on increased levels of trade with Europe and the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, the Far East and China.
Airports
The three regional international airports within easy reach of the site - Humberside,
(30 mins), Robin Hood Doncaster, Sheffield (45 mins) and Leeds Bradford (1 hour).
Rail
A comprehensive rail service is available from Hull to London Kings Cross (2 hours
40 minutes), Manchester, York and the North East Coasts. A freight rail terminal is
located within close proximity of Priory Park.
