The whole site has a current outline consent for B1, B2 & B8 including showroom uses of the town and country use classes order 1987 leaving only the reserved matters to be agreed with the local authority for the finite detail of the proposed unit, enabling a smooth and punctual start on site.

Microgard Ltd have recently completed and taken occupation of their new bespoke warehouse and head office building on Priory Park. They are a long established local business who need to expand to meet their growing business demands and operate in a state of the art modern facility.
