Design and Build, Priory Park

Design and Build

The final phase of development can accommodate units up to 50,000 sq ft for office, industrial and distribution uses. The development plots are ready for immediate construction with the access roads and services constructed to the boundary of the sites. HBDL along with their experienced design team will work closely with the Client to design a building to meet any specific requirements and delivery to completion in a quick and professional manner. All the planning and building regulation matters will be addressed and the development will be handed to the occupier ready for occupation.

Planning

The whole site has a current outline consent for B1, B2 & B8 including showroom uses of the town and country use classes order 1987 leaving only the reserved matters to be agreed with the local authority for the finite detail of the proposed unit, enabling a smooth and punctual start on site.

Tenure/Price & Rent

Units are available on a freehold and leasehold basis with every Design and Build opportunity priced depending on the scheme specific details.

MicroGard Ltd

Microgard Ltd have recently completed and taken occupation of their new bespoke warehouse and head office building on Priory Park. They are a long established local business who need to expand to meet their growing business demands and operate in a state of the art modern facility. Due to the nature and diversity of the business the warehouse had to be 8m to eaves to accommodate high bay racking and be able to take deliveries from container and side loading HGV's (dock level and level entry access doors). The site was designed with expansion space to the rear to future proof the unit and accommodate future expansions on the current site.

"We are delighted with our new bespoke facility on Priory Park which Henry Boot Developments have recently completed. Our new facility will enable Microgard to adapt to the ever changing market demands and continue drowing into the 21st Century."
